A Quilt of Wishes is a wonderful companion story to my daughters One Hundred Good Wishes quilt. It has already become a favorite at bedtime in our home.

A Quilt of Wishes is both a beautifully told and illustrated book. The illustrator did an amazing job of capturing the author's untold emotions in the story.

A Quilt of Wishes not only tells the sweet story of the One Hundred Good Wishes tradition, it enables the reader to know that even across oceans a mother's love is unwavering for a child she has yet to meet.

What a wonderful story! I loved this book! It brought to mind all the emotions I was feeling as I waited to travel to China to meet my daughter. This book reassures adoptive parents of the love of the caregivers and the important role these individuals have in the lives of our children. It also reminds us of the two cultures that are so important to our children. I highly recommend this book for families waiting to travel and for those who have already been united with their children.
